Our flock consists of seven different heritage breeds of laying hens. They lay their eggs in and roost inside at night, protected from predators. The hens roam in a separate area of fence. The entire setup is moved to new ground once each week.
Our eggs are of mixed sizes and colors. But they have bright yolks and thick whites.
